Crafted from pasture-raised pigs on our family farm in Guadalupe County, our rustic German sausage brings the rich traditions of old-world craftsmanship to your table. Raised naturally on open pastures, our pigs enjoy a wholesome, corn/soy/GMO free diet, giving their meat the best flavor and nutritional value possible.

Each link of our sausage is carefully seasoned with a blend of traditional German spices, creating a savory, smoky flavor with just the right balance of herbs and spices. Perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or simmering, our sausage is made to give you an authentic taste of the countryside.
